Energy Assistance appointment calls are taken from 10:00 - 12:00 Monday through Thursday during the heating and cooling seasons. We get so many calls during that time that the calls sometimes tie up our phone lines and make it difficult for others to get through. However, when we do not limit the appointment call-in times, the problem exists throughout the day for the season. That becomes a particular problem when HS/EHS parents need to call the centers. For those who need appointments for Energy Assistance, please call Monday through Thursday 10:00 - 12:00 and follow the instructions on the voicemail. For all others, we appreciate your patience.
