Symptoms of COVID – 19

These symptoms will be displayed prominently before you come into each center. Please be aware of these symptoms.

If you or anyone in your household has any of these or have been around anyone with these symptoms, you will not be permitted into the center (per COVID -19 procedures)

 Fever (100.4 or higher)

 Chills

 Cough

 Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

 Fatigue

 Headache

 Muscle or body aches

 Sore throat

 Congestion or runny nose

 Nausea

 Vomiting

 Diarrhea

 Confusion

 Loss of smell or taste.
