Get your Refund Services include 3 options:
End to end VITA
Taxpayers answer intake questions and upload tax documents. A VITA team will remotely prepare the tax return, speak with the taxpayer to review their return, and file the return with the taxpayer consent.
Drop off/Valet VITA
Client profiles are created within the HUB, or custom case management system, by VITA volunteers. The tax team will remotely prepare the tax return, speak with the taxpayer to review their return, and file the retiurn with the taxpayer consent.
DIY with Help
Clients recieve a link to taxSlayer FSA wher they can complete their returns on their own for FREE with access to support from VITA partners. This option requires significantly less interaction with VITA volunteers.
